About the Mentor
Mr. Srinivas Banda brings over 33 years of experience in project development, PPP advisory, industrial corridors, logistics parks, tourism infrastructure and investment promotion.
He has served as Regional Head for IL&FS Infrastructure Development Corporation (IIDC) in South India and as Managing Director of several joint venture entities such as KIPDC, GUJTOP and South Coast Infrastructure Development Company, working closely with State Governments in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka and Gujarat.
His work spans the complete lifecycle from conceptualization to transaction closure: feasibility studies, financial structuring, PPP project design, bid advisory, developer selection and program management for large industrial parks, tourism circuits, logistics parks and convention centres.
