Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SkillStem Academy LLP, we strive for your satisfaction. This Policy explains our refund and cancellation terms for courses and services offered at https://skillstem.in.

1. Overview

By enrolling in a course or service, you acknowledge and accept this Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility

7-Day Window:

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of enrollment or payment
• You must have accessed less than 20% of the course content
• Refunds are issued only if no certificate or significant service has been provided

Exceptional Circumstances:

• Medical emergencies (documented proof required)
• Technical issues on our end preventing access (we will work to resolve first)
• Course cancellation or major changes by SkillStem

No Refund After:

• 7 days from enrollment
• Accessing more than 20% of the course
• Completing the course or receiving a certificate
• Violating our Terms of Service

3. Refund Process

1. Submit a Request: Email support@skillstem.in with:
   • Your full name and registered email
   • Course name and enrollment date
   • Reason for refund
   • Supporting documents (if applicable)
2. Review: We will review your request within 3-5 business days
3. Approval or Denial: You will receive an email notification
4. Refund Issued: If approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method

4. Refund Timeline

• Credit/Debit Card: 7-10 business days
• UPI/Net Banking: 5-7 business days
• Wallet: 3-5 business days

Timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Cancellation by SkillStem

If we cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment, technical issues, or other reasons:

• You will receive a full refund within 7-10 business days
• OR be offered an alternative course of equal or greater value

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

• Registration Fees: Non-refundable processing fees
• Certificates: If already issued
• One-on-One Sessions: If already delivered
• Workshops/Events: Within 48 hours of the event date
• Third-Party Materials: Books, software licenses purchased on your behalf

7. Disputes

If you disagree with our refund decision:

1. Reply to our decision email with additional information
2. We will conduct a second review within 5 business days
3. Our final decision will be communicated via email

For unresolved disputes, you may seek recourse under the laws of India as per our Terms of Service.
