4. Account & Registration

- Security: Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for account activity.
- One Account: Do not create multiple accounts without permission.
5. Fees & Payment
- Course Fees: Displayed on the Site or provided during enrollment.
- Payment: Due as per the schedule. Failure may result in suspension of access.

- Taxes: You are responsible for applicable taxes.
6. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Share or sell course materials without authorization
- Record, distribute, or republish content without written permission
- Reverse-engineer, hack, or introduce malware

- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
- Use the service for illegal activities
7. Intellectual Property
- SkillStem Content: All materials (videos, slides, assignments, code) are owned by SkillStem or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use them for personal learning only.
- Your Work: You retain ownership of projects and assignments. By submitting, you grant us a license to use them for educational and promotional purposes.
- Trademarks: "SkillStem," logos, and branding are our property. Do not use them without permission.
8. Termination
- By You: You may request account closure anytime by contacting support@skillstem.in.
- By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms, non-payment, or other lawful reasons.
- Effect: Upon termination, your license to use materials ceases. Outstanding fees remain due.
9. Disclaimers
- "As Is": Services are provided without warranties of any kind.
- No Guarantees: We do not guarantee job placement, specific outcomes, or uninterrupted access.
- Third-Party Content: External links and resources are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their accuracy or reliability.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkillStem Academy LLP, its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services, even if advised of such possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
