A 6-month applied programme for engineering and management graduates moving into PPP and infrastructure project development. You take one flagship project through six guided modules and finish with a six-part portfolio you can show employers.

Who it is for
Education
Degree in engineering (any branch) or management; planning, architecture, economics and finance graduates welcome.
Skills
Working knowledge of Excel; GIS or data skills helpful but not required.
Experience
No PPP experience needed.

Risk, Commercial and Contract Structure
Output 4: Risk Matrix and Term Sheet

Procurement and Market Sounding
Output 5: Procurement Strategy and RFP Outline
Month 6
Capstone and Final Defence
Output 6: Investor and Government Presentation, defended before a panel
How each month works
Week 1
Learn
Live sessions with Indian PPP case studies.
Weeks 2 and 3
Build
Short tasks and a modelling lab on your own project.
Week 4
Review and submit
Mentor feedback, monthly call, submit the output.
Assessment and certificate
Outputs 1 to 5 = 60% (12% each), Output 6 = 20%, Final defence = 20%.
Panel: a SkillSTEM mentor and an external PPP practitioner.
Certificate: SkillSTEM Certificate in Applied Urban Infrastructure and PPP Project Development.
This is not a CP3P certification. CP3P exams are booked with APMG separately.
Alumni support
For 90 days after the final defence:
- 3 mentor check-ins (45 minutes each)
- 1 CV and portfolio review
- 1 mock interview
